WOMAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING DISCOVERY OF CANNABIS GROW

On 19/03/2026 at around 02:15 officers attended an address in Sorrel, Amington after initially responding to an abandoned 999 call.

Upon entering the address, officers located a cannabis grow in a room within the property. 

A 31-year-old female was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of a class B drug - cannabis. She has since been released under investigation.
